Terms Of Use

1. Buyer may only cancel his/her order prior to the payment of Buyer’s Purchase via the Divine India Payment Channel.

2. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item directly to Divine India in the following circumstances:
i. The Item has not been received by Buyer;
ii. The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
iii. Divine India has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
iv. The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Divine India in the listing of the Item; or

3. Divine India reserves the right to cancel any transaction on the Site and Buyer agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the Buyer’s Purchase Monies paid back to the payment channel used to make the payment.

4. For returns, Buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by Divine India within ten (7) working days after the item is delivered.

5. The approval of buyer refund and return will be made by Divine India in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Divine India decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Divine India or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

6. Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Divine India in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

7. Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
i. In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Divine India end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the Divine India will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
ii. In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind is not acceptable.
iii. In the scenario where both Divine India -buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Divine India at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.

8. Refunds
Buyer will only be refunded after Divine India has received the returned Item. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
